Located in the heart of Terrigal on the beautiful Central Coast NSW, we draw inspiration from the lifestyle and natural beauty of the coastal region and beyond, creating captivating, expressionistic landscapes and oceanscapes full of life and colour.
The Gallery
Bobbie P Gallery is found just around the corner from beautiful Terrigal beach. The focus of the gallery is to present to the public new series and mixed exhibitions of our original works. We also exhibit a selection of fine art prints and other artisan works including glass, textiles, sculpture and ceramics by local artists. Bobbie P Gallery is a great place to visit, meet and engage directly with us as the artists.

Atmosphere and Light – by Robyn Pedley
Robyn Pedley’s atmospheric compositions are instantly recognisable for their ethereal use of colour fields, organic forms and seamless transitions. Landscape is suggested but not openly revealed, allowing her painting to breathe as she builds layers of subtle colour. The artworks have a feeling of being expansive and yet intimate, often inspired by an ancient Psalm or hymn, these timeless, poetic texts provide the underlying sense of presence and hope-filled expectation.
The way light transforms land and water; sometimes revealing, sometimes concealing, is endlessly fascinating. These abstract, expressive works draw their colours from the landscape, balancing strong contrasts with gentle tonal shifts to create a luminous, atmospheric quality.
Robyn captures fleeting moments through layers of thin glazes, building and rubbing back the paint until the surface feels alive. Inspired by images gathered through travel, each painting gradually moves beyond observation toward a more idealised and paired back expression.
The works invite the viewer to pause, allowing meaning to unfold slowly and revealing a quiet sense of truth and hope within the landscape.
Artist Studio
Beyond the gallery sits our light-filled studio where the creative magic happens and we enjoy inviting clients through to view current works in progress and gain an insight into our artistic process. It is also where we present individual, small group painting and drawing workshops, where we allow participants a hands-on engagement with the various aspects of art .

Robyn Pedley
Robyn’s work reveals a passion for expressive landscapes and the colour possibilities available through complex tones, creating one-off, premium artworks for the astute art lover or collector.
Her artistic practice of over 12 years maintains it’s freshness from regular field trips to regions of natural beauty to explore deserts, oceans, forests, mountains and of course the beautiful Central Coast NSW where she lives. Using the visual reference material gathered on location she translates her vision into artworks with the intention that ‘the story expressed will speak to people’s hearts and lift their spirit.’
